Arsenic in Ground Water in Selected Parts of Southwestern Ohio, 2002-2003
“During 2002 and 2003, the USGS, in cooperation with the Miami Conservancy District, measured concentrations of arsenic and related water-quality constituents in 57 domestic wells in southwestern Ohio. The median arsenic concentration was 7.1 µg/L, and the maximum was 67.6 µg/L. Thirty-seven percent of samples had arsenic concentrations greater than 10 µg/L, the USEPA Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL).”
